We understand that plans can change. The following cancellation charges apply to confirmed bookings and are calculated on the total package value.
1. How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@kanzalholidays.com. Charges are calculated from the date we receive your written request.

3. Non-Refundable Components
- Airfare and train tickets (governed by the carrier’s rules)
- Houseboat and hotel bookings during peak season and festivals
- Special permits, entry tickets and pre-paid activity charges
- Any advance already paid to suppliers on your behalf
4. Amendments
Date changes or amendments are subject to availability and any difference in tariff, and may attract a nominal amendment fee. We always try to accommodate changes wherever possible.
5. Cancellation by Kanzal Holidays
If a trip must be cancelled due to force majeure — heavy snowfall, road closures, natural events or government advisories — we will offer a reschedule or a refund of recoverable amounts (after deducting non-refundable supplier costs).
6. Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy, typically within 7–14 business days.
